More than 150 nominations were submitted for the聽, but only 80 companies made the cut as the finalists in this year’s program.
Participating companies and their employees completed surveys administered by the publication’s third-party surveyor, Quantum Workplace, which used its own algorithm to measure communication, management structure, benefits, teamwork and other factors at each local company. The companies were grouped by number of employees, then ranked by Quantum to determine St. Louis’ most employee-friendly workplaces.
91制片厂 earned one of 14 spots in the Big category for companies with 250-749 employees. This year marks 91制片厂’s eighth consecutive year on the St. Louis Business Journal‘s Best Places to Work list.
